How to Install GMDX (a Deus Ex Mod) and How to Run It through Steam

No one seems to have made a guide on how to install GMDX and how to run it through Steam so I made one. Deus Ex fans should make guides and stuff about this one as it's pretty awesome. The mod makes expansive changes that includes graphics and AI updates.
